A beautiful study of the raw material: woody, green, dry, nutty, bitter, fresh, slightly smokey. Moreover, Perfumer Mathieu Nardin enhances the natural spicyness of vetiver by adding pepper and cardamom. Vetiver Insolent however, can also be read as a smooth and charismatic woody fragrance. The dryness of the woods is softened by a silky blend of iris, tonka bean and lavender, like a blend of earthy woods and an ironed shirt.
Top notes: Elemi, Cardamom, Black Pepper, Bergamot
